乙醇偶合制备C4烯烃催化剂及温度最佳选择与评价

摘要 在化学工业生产中C4烯烃是重要的化学原料。传统工艺上运用化石燃料或合成气作为原料制备C4烯烃,但随着化石燃料等资源的储量不断减少,开发一种新的原料对化学工业可持续发展具有至关重要的作用。本文研究表明乙醇转化率和C4烯烃选择性与反应温度存在较强的正相关,且在试验过程中乙醇转化率,C4烯烃选择性,乙醛选择性和碳数为4~12脂肪醇选择性均属于中等变异,乙烯选择性属于强变异。当Co负载量为3.02 wt%,Co/SiO_(2)和HAP装料比为2.03,乙醇浓度为2.1 mL/min,温度为348.18℃时,C4烯烃选择性较高。研究表明反应温度在乙醇偶合制备C4烯烃过程中有较大影响。 C4 olefin is an important chemical raw material in the production of modern chemical industry.Traditionally,fossil fuels or syngas are used as raw material to prepare C4 olefin.However,as the reserves of fossil fuels and other resources continue to decrease,the development of a new raw material will have important practical value and play a crucial role in the further sustainable development of the chemical industry.In this study,the classical statistical method was used to analyze the relationship between reaction product and reaction temperature.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between ethanol conversion rate and C4 olefin selectivity and temperature,and that ethanol conversion,C4 olefin selectivity,acetaldehyde selectivity and carbon number 4~12 aliphatic alcohol selectivity were moderate variability and ethylene selectivity was of strong variability during the experiment.Secondly,the multiple quadratic regression model concluded that C4 olefin selectivity was higher when Co load is 3.02 wt%,Co/SiO_(2)and HAP loading ratio is 2.03,ethanol concentration is 2.1 mL/min,and temperature is 348.18℃.The study indicates that the reaction temperature has a large influence in the preparation of C4 olefins by ethanol coupling.
