摘要
喷射混凝土是隧道支护加固工程中的重要材料,其质量优劣影响工程设施的质量安全和服役寿命。然而,严酷多变的服役环境、复杂劣化的组成材料、特殊严苛的制备工艺给喷射混凝土耐久性带来诸多挑战,同时其耐久性劣化会加剧外部侵蚀性介质的传输,降低隧道结构的服役寿命,严重危及结构的质量和运行安全,受到从业者的普遍关注。本文归纳了喷射混凝土耐久性的评价标准和方法,综述了喷射混凝土抗冻性、体积变形性、抗碳化性、抗化学侵蚀性的研究现状,总结了喷射混凝土耐久性的改善措施,探讨了喷射混凝土耐久性考量、改善与控制的发展趋势,以期为喷射混凝土耐久性研究及工程应用提供参考。
The shotcrete has become one of the important construction materials for tunnel support and reinforcement,whose affects the construction quality and service life of infrastructure.However,the durability of shotcrete is challenged by severe harsh and changeable environment,complex and degradation of materials,special and harsh preparation process.Meanwhile,when the durability of shotcrete is degraded,the transport of corrosive medium is exacerbated,the structure's overall service performance is reduced,and the quality of the tunnel structure and safe operation is endangered seriously.Therefore,the durability of shotcrete has been gotten the attention of the relevant practitioners.In this paper,the evaluation standard and methods of shotcrete durability are summarized,the research and application status on the frost resistance,volume deformation,carbonization resistance,resistance to chemical attack of shotcrete are reviewed,the improvement measures on the shotcrete durability are summarized,and the development trend on the evaluation,improvement and controlling of the shotcrete durability is discussed,so as to provide a fundamental information on the research and engineering application of shotcrete.
