摘要
在核化工领域,萃取工艺是乏燃料后处理厂重要的工艺环节之一,而脉冲阀是萃取工艺的关键设备之一。在某项目现场安装调试过程中,脉冲阀故障频发,出现异响、卡滞、发热等问题,严重影响调试工作正常开展。本文对脉冲阀发生故障的原因进行了分析,针对主要原因制定了应对措施,确定脉冲阀穿箱组件结构的总体方案,并对最终结构进行了试验验证。该成果解决了脉冲阀穿箱组件长时间稳定工作的技术问题,积累了设计经验,对后处理厂实现预期运行目标具有重要意义,为其在核化项目及其他化工项目的应用打下了坚实的技术基础。
In the field of nuclear chemical industry,extraction technology is one of the important processes in spent nuclear fuel processing plants,and the pulse valve is one of the key equipment to realize extraction technology.During the on-site installation and commissioning of a project,pulse valve failures occurred frequently,resulting in abnormal noise,jamming,heating and other problems,which seriously affected the normal development of commissioning work.In this paper,the causes of the pulse valve failure are analyzed,the countermeasures are formulated for the main reasons,the overall scheme of the structure of the pulse valve penetration is determined,and the final structure is tested and verified.This achievement has solved the technical problem of pulse valve penetration working stably for a long time,accumulated design experience,and is of great significance for the reprosessing plant to achieve the expected operation objectives,and laid a solid technical foundation for its application in nuclear chemical and other chemical projects.
