摘要
连年来,国家与社会对农村黑臭水体的关注有增无已,在推动治理示范点落地的同时持续探索治理样板和长效机制,而农村坑塘实属重要的调查对象。深入探查农村坑塘水环境客观状况,发现大部分水体水质状态差、富营养化程度高、生态系统受损,其环境情况与周边居民生活、生产活动息息相关,存在监管不力、自净能力不强、内外源污染等负面影响问题。为改善农村坑塘水环境的不利局面,基于内外兼治、活水循环、动态管控的技术思路,对传统技术与新型技术的原理、特点及应用程度进行分析,以供选择适宜的水质提升技术。
Over the years,the state and society have paid close attention to rural black and malodorous water.They have continued to explore governance patterns and long-term mechanisms,while promoting the implementation of governance demonstration programs,and treating rural ponds as key respondents.In-depth investigation of present situation of the water environment in rural ponds found that most of the water had bad circumstance in water quality,eutrophication and ecosystems,and its conditions are closely related to the life and production activities of surrounding residents.Therefore,there are negative problems including weak supervision,weak self-purification ability,and internal and external source pollution.Based on the technical mentality of both internal and external governance,the water circulation and dynamic control,analyzing the principles,characteristics and application between traditional and new technologies,so as to select appropriate water quality improvement technologies and improve the unfavorable condition of the water environment in rural ponds.
