厨余垃圾厂臭气的特性和处理工艺路线研究

摘要 随着我国经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,由于人民生活的需求和政策要求,厨余垃圾处理量日渐增多。但是目前国内厨余垃圾处理厂普遍存在臭气难以有效控制、臭气处理效果难以达标的问题。本研究依托闵行区厨余、餐厨废弃物资源化利用和无害化处理项目展开,通过分析上海市闵行区厨余垃圾处理项目的臭气产生源、产生过程、主要成分及超标倍数等,分析厨余垃圾处理的臭气特点,进而选择适合厨余垃圾处理的臭气处理措施和工艺。 With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,due to the needs of people's life and policy requirements,the amount of kitchen waste treatment is increasing.However,at present,domestic kitchen waste treatment plants generally have problems that odor is difficult to effectively control and odor treatment effect is difficult to reach the standard.This study is based on the recycling and harmless treatment project of kitchen waste and kitchen waste in Minhang District,Shanghai.By analyzing the odor generation source,generation process,main components and times of exceeding the standard of the kitchen waste treatment project in Minhang District,Shanghai,the odor characteristics of kitchen waste treatment are analyzed,and then the odor treatment measures and processes suitable for kitchen waste treatment are selected.
