基于PY-GC-MS分析不同等级天然沉香的香气差异

摘要 目的:对不同等级的天然沉香香气差异进行分析。方法:按中国药典(2020版)四部中醇溶性浸出物测定法测定天然沉香,对其进行等级划分,并对不同等级天然沉香进行热裂解-气相色谱-质谱分析。结果天然沉香醇溶性浸出物含量范围为4.0%~34.8%,按浸出物含量划分一等品18批;二等品37批;三等品62批。不同等级天然沉香一、二、三等级中倍半萜类成分含量分别为23.91%、19.03%、17.19%,芳香族类成分含量分别为29.33%、37.09%、42.03%,色酮类成分含量分别为17.15%、7.84%、13.22%。结论不同质量等级天然沉香香气差异主要受倍半萜和芳香族类化合物的影响,质量等级越高,倍半萜含量越高及芳香族含量越低而显现独特的香韵。 Objective:To analyze the differences in aroma of different grades of natural agarwood.Methods:According to the determination method of alcohol-soluble extracts in the fourth part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),the natural agarwood was determined and graded,and the natural agarwood of different grades were analyzed by PY-GC-MS.Results:The content of alcohol-soluble extract of natural agarwood ranged from 4.0%to 34.8%,according to the content of extracts,there are 18 batches of first-class products;37 batches of second-class products;62 batches of third-class products.The contents of sesquiterpenes in the first,second and third grades of natural agarwood were 23.91%,19.03%and 17.19%,the contents of aromatic components were 29.33%,37.09%and 42.03%,and the contents of chromone components were 17.15%,7.84%and 13.22%,respectively.Conclusion:The difference in natural agarwood aroma between different quality grades is mainly affected by sesquiterpenes and aromatic compounds,the higher the quality grade,the higher the sesquiterpene content and the lower the aromatic content,resulting in a unique aroma.
