摘要 本文以钆掺杂介孔有机氧化硅纳米颗粒为例,探讨了将科研成果融入仪器分析实验教学的方法和实践效果。实验设计采用溶胶-凝胶过程和化学沉积法制备钆掺杂介孔有机氧化硅纳米颗粒,研究其在磁共振成像性能方面的应用。实验过程包括钆掺杂介孔有机氧化硅纳米颗粒的制备,透射电子显微镜、傅里叶红外变换光谱仪和比表面分析等表征内容。经过本实验,学生能够深入地了解并掌握钆掺杂有机氧化硅的合成、仪器的操作以及相关数据的分析,实现理论与实际的结合,基础知识与现代科研手段的结合。同时锻炼学生独立思考、创新能力和实验设计的能力,进而提高学生科研素养,激发学生科学热情和兴趣。 This experiment explores the methods and practical effects of integrating scientific research achievements into instrumental analysis teaching,taking gadolinium-doped mesoporous organic silica nanoparticles as an example.The experiment was designed to prepare gadolinium-doped mesoporous organic silica nanoparticles using the sol-gel process and chemical deposition method,and to study their application in magnetic resonance imaging.The experimental process includes the preparation of gadolinium-doped mesoporous organic silica nanoparticles,characterization by transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and specific surface area analysis.Through this experiment,students can gain in-depth understanding and mastery of the synthesis of gadolinium-doped organic silica,instrument operation,and data analysis,achieving the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of basic knowledge and modern scientific research methods.At the same time,it can train students'independent thinking,innovation ability,and experimental design ability,thereby improving their scientific research literacy,and stimulating their scientific enthusiasm and interest.
