摘要 设计了一个制备并检测可降解聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)基薄膜物化性能的本科生功能材料专业实验。首先通过双螺杆挤出机将PBAT与微米级碳酸钙混匀造粒,进一步通过吹膜机制备可降解PBAT-CaCO_(3)薄膜,最后通过推荐性国家标准GB/T 19276.2-2003检测PBAT-CaCO_(3)薄膜降解性能。本实验可以锻炼学生综合专业能力:在实验中掌握可降解薄膜的制备方法,熟悉双螺杆挤出机、吹膜机、傅里叶红外、扫描电镜、热重分析仪的使用,查阅并汇总相关国家标准及行业标准,知晓材料工程师所需具备的职业技能和素养,使学生不但进一步了解科学前沿、提升科学素养又能更加深入认识到材料工程师的职业性质及责任。 An undergraduate functional materials experiment was designed to prepare and test the physical and chemical properties of degradable PBAT-based films.Firstly,PBAT and micron calcium carbonate were blended and granulated by a twin-screw granulator,and then the degradable PBAT-CaCO_(3)film was prepared by film blowing machine,and finally the degradation performance of PBAT-CaCO_(3)film was tested by the recommended national standard GB/T 19276.This experiment can exercise students'comprehensive professional ability:mastering the preparation method of degradable film,familiar with the use of twin-screw extruder,film blower,Fourier infrared,scanning electron microscope,water contact angle tester and thermogravimetric analyzer,reviewing and summarizing relevant national standards and industry standards,knowing the professional skills and literacy required for material engineers.Students will not only learn more about the frontiers of science,but also gain a deeper understanding of the professional nature and responsibilities of a material engineer.
