摘要
为达到提升本科生创新实践能力和培养其创新思维的教学目的,重新规划设计表面处理综合实验的内容。实验以制备超黑涂层为目标,先对不锈钢进行热处理,然后采用电解抛光进行表面处理,通过电解着色在不锈钢表面获得黑色膜。该综合实验将热处理及表面处理工艺、性能研究、科研前沿和实际应用有机结合,通过科研全流程的模拟,拓展学生的知识,激发学生的学习热情和研究兴趣,提升学生解决实际问题和创新的能力,培养其专业素养和创新思维,从而达到有效提高教学质量的目的。
To achieve the teaching purpose of improving the innovative practical ability of undergraduates and cultivating their innovative thinking,the contents of the comprehensive experiment on surface treatment are re-planned and designed.The experiment aims to prepare ultra-black coatings.First,heat treats the stainless steel,then use electrolytic polishing for surface treatment,and obtain a black film on the stainless steel surface through electrolytic coloring.This comprehensive experiment organically combines heat treatment and surface treatment technology,performance research,research frontier,and practical application.The simulation of the entire process of scientific research expands students’knowledge,stimulates students'enthusiasm for learning and research interest,improves students’ability to solve practical problems and innovate,and cultivates their professional quality and innovative thinking,effectively improve the teaching quality.
