A Review on Foreign Cognitive Differences in China's Promotion of Common Prosperity—Refuting the Prejudice and Misunderstanding of China's Promotion of Common Prosperity

近年来,国外在对中国推动共同富裕的解读中有一些共识,也存在认知分歧。具体说来,在中国为何会推动共同富裕这一问题上有“社会发展之需”和“争夺治理话语权之需”两种解读;对中国推动共同富裕是“现有体制的加强”还是“政策根本性的转变”的认识存在分歧;对中国能否实现共同富裕存在乐观和悲观两种态度;关于中国推动共同富裕的影响也有将实现“共同繁荣”和可能增加“共同风险”两种声音。其中一些认识是由于偏见与误读造成的,需要我们对此进行回应与澄清。

In recent years,there have been some consensus and cognitive differences in foreign interpretations on China's promotion of common prosperity.Specifically,their cognitive differences are expressed as“the needs for social development”and“the needs for politics”with respect to why China promotes common prosperity.There are also two views on whether China's promotion of common prosperity will lead to“strengthening of existing institutions”or“fundamental change in policy”.As for China's prospect of achievement of common prosperity,they hold optimistic and pessimistic attitudes.Regarding the impact of China's promotion of common prosperity,there are two voices that will achieve“common prosperity”or may increase“common risks”.Some of these perceptions are caused by prejudice and misinterpretation,and we need to respond and clarify this.
