高校跨境电子商务俄语人才的特色化培养路径研究——基于海南自贸港建设背景

Research on the Characteristic Training Path of Russian Talents in Cross-border E-commerce in Universities———Based on the Construction Background of Hainan Free Trade Port

随着中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系不断迈向新台阶、“一带一路”建设的推进和海南自贸港建设的实施,中国与俄语系国家在经济领域的交往日益紧密。为顺应时代的发展,高校面临着培养高素质的“外语+电子商务”复合型商务俄语人才的重要任务。文章先对海南自由贸易港建设人才需求与跨境电商发展情况进行概述,然后分析跨境电子商务俄语人才培养现状及特色化培养的重要性,最后提出跨境电子商务俄语人才特色化培养策略,以期培养更多优秀的跨境电子商务俄语人才。

As the sino Russian strategic partnership continues to move to a new level,the construction of the"one belt and one road"and the implementation of the construction of Hainan free trade port,China and Russian speaking countries have increasingly closer exchanges in the economic field.In order to adapt to the development of the times,universities are faced with the important task of cultivating high-quality"foreign language+e-commerce"compound business Russian talents.The article first outlines the talent demand for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the development of cross-border e-commerce,then analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce Russian talent cultivation and the importance of personalized cultivation.Finally,it proposes personalized cultivation strategies for cross-border e-commerce Russian talent,with a view to cultivating more outstanding cross-border e-commerce Russian talents.
