高职学生“手机依赖症”心理成因与干预策略刍探

摘要 “手机依赖症”不良影响主要表现在身体层面、心理层面、生活层面与学习层面,对学生自身发展与学校管理均产生了诸多不利影响。高职学生“手机依赖症”心理成因主要为心理诉求的需要、自我控制能力较差、成瘾心理的驱使。高职院校应积极开展各类主题活动、帮助学生快速融入群体,提升学生自控能力、推动学生全面健康成长,营造减少手机依赖的外部环境、转移学生注意力,以此多维度有效干预“手机依赖症”,帮助学生尽快回归健康生活。 The adverse effects of"mobile phone dependence"are mainly manifested at the physical,psychological,life,and learning levels,which have many adverse effects on students'own development and school management.The psychological causes of"mobile phone dependence"among vocational college students are mainly driven by psychological demands,poor self-control ability,and addiction psychology.Vocational colleges should actively carry out various themed activities to help students quickly integrate into the group;enhance students'self-control ability and promote their comprehensive and healthy growth;create an external environment to reduce mobile phone dependence,divert students'attention,and effectively intervene in"mobile phone dependence"from multiple dimensions,helping students return to a healthy life as soon as possible.
