Research on the Satisfaction of the Implementation of the Ethnic Cadre Training Policy in China on New Era

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕民族干部培养发表了一系列重要论述,将民族干部培养摆在重要位置。为研究我国民族干部培养政策实施满意度,课题组以E土家族苗族自治州为田野点,开展问卷调查和访谈工作,调查结果显示,我国民族干部培养政策在国家层面、民族地区层面实施均取得了很好的成效,但是也存在一些不足之处。为促进我国民族干部培养政策更好地实施,本文提出了相关建议。

Since the period of local politics,Xi Jinping published a series of important discussions have been published on the training of ethnic cadres,which are mainly reflected in four aspects:attaching great importance to the training and selection of ethnic cadres,putting forward the standards for good ethnic cadres,emphasizing special care and care for ethnic cadres,and putting forward the ways and methods of training ethnic cadres.In order to study the satisfaction of the implementation of the ethnic cadre training policy in China,the research team took E Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as a field site to carry out questionnaire surveys and interviews.The survey results show that the implementation of the ethnic cadre training policy in China has achieved good results at the national level,the ethnic region level,and the individual level is very high,but there are also some shortcomings.In order to promote the better implementation of the policy and improve the satisfaction of the policy,this study puts forward suggestions to improve the implementation of our cadre training policy in the new era.
