“西迁精神”引领高校大学生思想政治教育路径探析——以陕西理工大学为例

Analysis on the Path of"The Westward Relocation Spirit"Leading the Ideological and Political Education of College Students——Take Shaanxi University of Technology as an Example

“西迁精神”是半个多世纪前交通大学师生响应党和国家号召,从上海西迁并在西部扎根过程中形成的以“胸怀大局,无私奉献,弘扬传统,艰苦创业”为内涵的精神文化,是中国共产党精神谱系的重要组成部分,是中国精神核心的有力彰显,是中国共产党知识分子群体的时代坐标,是“为谁培养人、培养什么人”问题的有效解答。陕西理工大学在校史沿革和办学特色形成中凸显了与“西迁精神”内涵相同的大学精神。本文以陕西理工大学为例,从校园文化建设、第一课堂融入、第二课堂融合和就业“大课堂”嵌入等四方面构建“西迁精神”引领高校大学生思想政治教育的路径。

"The Westward Relocation Spirit"is a spiritual culture formed by teachers and students of Jiaotong University more than half a century ago in response to the call of the Party and the state,moving westward from Shanghai and taking root in the west,with the connotation of"Bearing The Overall Situation,Selfless Dedication,Carrying Forward The Tradition,Working Hard".It is an important component of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC,a powerful manifestation of the core of the Chinese spirit,and the era coordinate of the intellectual group of the CPC,It is an effective answer to the question of"Who Cultivates People And Who Cultivates Them".Shaanxi University of Technology has highlighted the university spiritual culture with the same connotation as the"The Westward Relocation Spirit"in the evolution of its school history and the formation of its school-running characteristics.Taking Shaanxi University of Technology as an example,this article constructs a path for"The Westward Relocation Spirit"to lead the ideological and political education of college students from four aspects:campus cultural construction,integration of the first classroom,integration of the second classroom,and embedding of the"Big Classroom"for employment.
