摘要
基于通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对某公司X80钢全焊接球阀的连接法兰焊接工艺进行了热模拟,并以此提出焊接工艺优化方案,解决并优化该公司在全焊接球阀连接法兰焊缝的焊接工艺问题。
Based on the general finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the original welding process thermal simulation of X80 steel fully welded ball valve connection flange is carried out.This paper proposes welding process optimization program to solve and optimize the welding process problems in fully welded ball valve connection flange weld.
