摘要
以往汽轮机高压腔室水压试验采用焊接常规堵板的形式,即加工面留余量,焊接堵板进行水压试验后,再上机床按图样加工。现采用新型工装,水压试验后不再上机床加工,工装重复使用,无需焊接,对产品质量无影响。经过理论计算及实践检验,新型工装能满足水压试验要求。根据公司现有常用钢板材料,计算分析选择适合制作新型工装的材料。
In the past,the hydrostatic test of steam turbine high pressure chamber adopts the form of welded conventional plug plate,that is,making allowances for machined surface,then processing is carried out on machine tools according to the drawings after the hydrostatic test of welded plug plate.This paper introduces a new tooling which has been adopted now.It is no longer processed by machine tools after hydrostatic test.The tooling is reusable and does not require welding,which has no impact on product quality.The new tooling can meet the requirements of hydraulic test by the theoretical calculation and practical test.The suitable materials for the production of new tooling can be selected according to the company's existing common steel plate materials by calculation and analysis.
