摘要
简述了移动式手动手推液压升降台在国内的使用和发展情况,确定移动式手动手推液压升降台的总体设计方案。介绍了移动式手动手推液压升降台实现升降运动的操作方法。主要研究内容包括:升降台整体结构设计及其功能实现、主动剪叉臂的受力分析,并进行有限元分析确定其应力、位移最大值及在零件上的分布情况。该升降台具有结构简单、操作方便、折叠后占用空间小、使用寿命较长、维修容易等特点。
This paper briefly describes the application and development of the mobile manual pushing hydraulic lifting platform in China,and determines the overall design scheme of the mobile manual pushing hydraulic lifting platform.The operation method of mobile hydraulic lifting platform to realize lifting movement is introduced.The main research content of this design includes:the overall structural design of the lifting table and its functional realization,the force analysis of the active scissor arm,and the finite element analysis to determine its stress,displacement maximum value and distribution on the part.The lifting platform has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation,small space occupied after folding,long service life and easy maintenance.
