摘要
为实现对现有设备的循环利用,基于Arduino平台完成了开环控制器的研究与开发,对现有数控机床执行简单的改造。以Objet Quadra Tempo 3D打印机为数控机床改造对象,通过现有的低成本组件及开源软件,对因维护成本高而被视为过时的设备进行改装,以降低电子及工业废物数量。采用ArduinoMega 2560单片机对步进电动机驱动器进行控制。Arduino微控制器可通过简单的方式控制模拟和数字设备。改造过程中,安装了用于加工木材和聚碳酸酯材料的电主轴,实现了通过低成本部件将3D打印机改造为可加工木材及聚碳酸酯等材料的数控铣床。
In order to realize the recycling of the existing CNC machine tools,the research and development of the open-loop controller is completed based on Arduino platform,and the simple manufacturing of the existing CNC machine tools is realized.Taking the Objet Quadra Tempo 3D printer as the object of numerical control machine tool transformation,through low-cost existing components and open source software,the equipment which is regarded as obsolete due to high maintenance cost is modified to reduce the amount of electronic and industrial waste.ArduinoMega 2560 is used to control the stepper motor driver.Arduino microcontroller can control analog and digital devices in a simple way.In the transformation process,the motorized spindle for processing wood and polycarbonate materials is installed,and the 3D printer is transformed into a CNC milling machine for processing wood and polycarbonate materials through low-cost components.
