摘要
以06Cr19Ni10材料为例,针对某型发射装置上不锈钢合页的成形加工技术难点,对加工工艺进行分析和研究。借助成形模具和液压机等辅助生产设备及工装,提高零件的生产效率和成形后的表面质量,同时降低工人的劳动强度,达到快速交付的目的。该成形工艺是一种可复制、易推广的加工方法,成形效率和经济效益十分明显。
Taking 06Cr19Ni10 material as an example,to solve the technical difficulties of forming hinges on a certain type of launch device,this paper analyzes the processing technology.With the help of auxiliary production equipment and process equipment of forming molds and hydraulic presses,production efficiency and surface quality after forming are improved,the labor intensity is reduced,the purpose of fast delivery is achieved.The forming process is a replicable and easy-to-promote processing method,and the forming efficiency and economic benefits are obvious.
