医疗护理巡诊车的设计与应用

目的 解决北京市边远地区老龄群众就医远、了解护理问题难等问题;满足机关、企业、事业单位,以及社区百姓疾病预防、健康体检、家庭护理的需求,以推动本市卫生事业的多方向发展。方法 通过合理的开发与设计,形成一款以大型客车为基础的医疗护理巡诊车。该医疗护理巡诊车集妇科检查、医生护士工作站、生化检查、查体治疗、放射检查、口腔诊疗护理、消化诊疗护理为一体的组合型医疗巡诊车。结果 巡诊车可满足偏远地区医疗护理巡诊、健康体检的作业需要,具备现场诊疗、生化检验、体检普查、护理宣教等多种功能。结论 经过实车验证,院感、放射、口腔、检验、中医、护理等相关专家对医疗护理巡诊车进行验收评估,并经入乡村试用,有效辐射到边远地区为百姓解决相关就医问题。

Objective To solve the problem that Beijing elder people in the remote areas are far away from medical treatment and difficult to understand nursing issues.To meet the needs of institutions,enterprises and community people for disease prevention,health examination,family care,in order to promote the multi-direction development of Beijing health cause.Methods In the design and development of a large bus based on reasonable design,set gynecological examination,Doctor nurse workstation,Biochemical examination,Physical examination therapy,Radiological examination,oral treatment and nursing,Digestive diagnosis and care as one of the combination of medical patrol car.Results The medical nursing vehicle could meet the needs of medical nursing and physical examination in remote areas,and had many functions such as on-site diagnosis and treatment,biochemical examination,physical examination,nursing education and so on.Conclusion After the verification of the real vehicle,the relevant experts of hospital perception,radiology,stomatology,inspection,traditional Chinese medicine and nursing carried out the acceptance evaluation of the medical care touring vehicle,and after the trial in rural areas,it effectively reached the remote areas to solve the relevant medical problems.
