摘要
粤港澳大湾区基础教育合作是深化大湾区教育发展的基石。当前大湾区基础教育合作面临合作意识和动力不足、政府协调主体定位不清晰、基础教育合作制度供给不足、交流合作层次较浅等问题。大湾区城市群内部基础教育发展不均衡将阻碍教育合作向纵深层次拓展。对此,有必要加强顶层设计,系统建构合作机制;创新运行机制,激活大湾区基础教育合作的内在活力;组建学校联盟,深化湾区基础教育课程与教学合作;整合资源,推动大湾区基础教育一体化发展。
Basic education cooperation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the cornerstone for deepening educational development in the area. At present, the cooperation is facing some problems, such as lack of cooperation consciousness and motivation, unclear positioning of government coordination, insufficient supply of cooperation system and shallow exchange and cooperation. The imbalance of basic educational development in the area will hinder the expansion of cooperation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen top-level design and establish cooperation mechanism, innovate operating mechanism to activate inherent vitality, establish school alliance to deepen curriculum and teaching cooperation, and integrate resources to promote the integrated development of basic education in the area.
