摘要
某船舶注水系统采用溢出检测方式实现水满感知,由于注水容腔采用特殊材料,其能够承受的压力值受限,原理验证试验发现水满溢出过程存在较大的正负压力变化,对系统构成安全性威胁。文章通过系统工作机理分析,构建了系统动态数学模型,通过仿真分析揭示了系统正负压现象的发生机理,对系统参数配置进行对比分析,研究成果可为系统设计提供理论指导。
Overflow detection is used in the water injection system to realize water full perception.Due to the special material used in the vessel,the pressure in the vessel is limited.The principle verification test shows that there is a peak value of positive and negative pressure in the process,which causes safety risk to the system.Through the analysis of the working mechanism of the system,this paper constructs the dynamic mathematical model of the system,reveals the generating mechanism of the positive and negative pressure phenomenon of the system through simulation,and makes a comparative analysis of the parameter.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the design of the system.
