摘要 本研究以某铁路路基工程为例,提出了采用布袋注浆桩进行软土路基加固的方案。首先介绍了布袋注浆桩施工所需的材料和机具,以及桩位放样、钻探成孔、压力注浆和成桩检测等施工流程。在合理确定工艺参数和采取严格质量控制的基础上,选择多根试验桩展开了现场测验,并分析成桩特性。结果表明,试验桩的桩身完整性好,单侧竖向抗压强度和无侧限抗压强度均满足设计要求,取得了理想的软土地基加固效果。 Taking a railway roadbed project as an example,this research puts forward the scheme of strengthening soft soil roadbed with sack grouting pile.Firstly,introduces the materials and tools needed for the construction of bag grouting pile,as well as the construction process of pile site lofting,drilling holes,pressure grouting and pile formation detection.On the basis of reasonable determination of technological parameters and strict quality control,several test piles were selected to carry out field tests and analyze the characteristics of the piles.The results show that the integrity of the test pile is good,the unilateral vertical compressive strength and unconfined compressive strength meet the design requirements,and the ideal reinforcement effect of soft soil foundation is obtained.
