摘要
针对标准200L法兰式放射性废物固化桶,设计一种基于视觉识别的自动取盖和封盖装置及方法,该装置通过2D视觉传感器捕获目标物图像后,建立起识别螺栓孔以及螺栓的方法,并引导抓取装置完成自动取盖和封盖的操作,实现了特殊环境(放射性、高危险等)下替代人工操作,具有定位精度高、自动化程度高、结构简单等特点。
A visual recognition based automatic covering/un covering device and method are designed for the standard 200L flange type radioactive waste solidification bucket.The device captures target object images through 2D visual sensors,establishes a method for identifying bolt holes and bolts,and guides the grabbing device to complete automatic covering/un covering operations,achieving alternative manual operations in special environments(radioactive,high-risk,etc.),with high positioning accuracy、high degree of automation and simple structure.
