高校学生成人特应性皮炎发病情况的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Survey of Atopic Dermatitis Among College Students

目的 特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis, AD)是一种与遗传有关的慢性、炎症性、瘙痒性皮肤病,其中成人期特应性皮炎发病率在逐年增加。本研究目的在于确定特应性皮炎高校学生中的患病率,并分析其相关危险因素。方法 本文利用调查问卷结合专科检查及实验室检查的方式选取锦州医科大学在校学生,进行AD患病率及相关因素调查。结果 调查发现我校学生AD患病率与目前其他城市地区AD患病率相近,与AD相关的因素中包括伴经常性瘙痒、伴屈侧皮炎、伴皮肤干燥、伴食物过敏、伴过敏性鼻炎、伴过敏性哮喘、伴亲属异位症等均明显高于非AD人群,另外调查发现,家中饲养宠物,居住环境潮湿等,也可能是AD患病的危险因素。结论 本研究针对高校学生中特应性皮炎的患病情况进行研究,并对相关因素进行了分析,目的在于完善这一高校特定群体中该病的患病情况,为以后的临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。

Objective Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic,inflammatory,itching skin disease related to heredity.Adult atopic dermatitis has incidence rate is increasing year by year.The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence rate of atopic dermatitis among college students and analyze its related risk factors.Methods The incidence rate of AD and related factors in Jinzhou Medical University were investigated by questionnaires,combined with specialist examination and laboratory examination.Results The survey found that the incidence rate of AD in our school was similar to that in other city areas.The factors related to AD included frequent itching,accompanied by flexor dermatitis,accompanied by dry skin,accompanied by food allergy,allergic rhinitis,allergic asthma,and relatives with heterotopic diseases.The incidence of AD was significantly higher than that of non AD population.Humid living environment may also be a risk factor for AD.Conclusion This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of AD among college students and analyze the related factors,in order to improve the prevalence of AD in this specific group of college students and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.
