高校辅导员制度建设分创立起步、停滞受阻、恢复重建、重视完善、科学规范和全面推进等六个阶段.不同时期辅导员的角色不同,由最初单纯的思想政治教育者向管理型、服务型和业务型方向发展,角色更加多元化.目前,思想政治教育工作仍是高校辅导员的首责主业,新时代高校辅导员的职业发展走专业化、职业化和专家化道路是必然趋势.

The construction process of counselor system is divided into six stages:creation,obstruction,reconstruction,strengthening,scientific development and all-round promotion.The role orientation of counselors is different in different periods and has changed from ideological and political educators to the more diversified orientation such as management,service,and business.Ideological and political work is currently still the primary responsibility of college counselors.Taking the road of specialization,professionalization and specialization is the main path of the career development of college counselors in the new era.
