摘要 全人类共同价值作为人类文明史上一种全新的理论建构,旨在以合作共赢突破零和博弈之圭臬、以共建共享突破西方中心主义之窠臼、以包容互信突破西方意识形态之藩篱、以文明互鉴突破文明冲突之逻辑,从而在突破西方价值“普世性”的基础上确证自身的价值合理性。坚持共享和平与发展、坚持共筑公平与正义、坚持共建自由与民主是内蕴于全人类共同价值中相互联系、不可或缺的内容要素,是对时代认知、社会准则、目标理想层面的现实考量。全人类共同价值的实践指向是不断形塑着眼世界、直面挑战的全球观,开放融通、互利互惠的合作观以及平等互鉴、对话包容的文明观,以彰显其重要的实践效应。 As a brand new theoretical construction in the history of human civilization,the common value of mankind aims to break through the principle of zero-sum game through cooperation and win-win,the pattern of Western-centralism through joint construction and sharing,the barriers of Western ideology through inclusiveness and mutual trust,the logic of civilization conflict through mutual learning.It confirms the rationality of its own value on the basis of breaking through the universality of Western values.Sharing peace and development,building equity and justice,and building freedom and democracy are interconnected and indispensable elements in the common values of the whole human being.They are also practical considerations based on the cognition of the times,social norms and goals.The practical direction of the common values of mankind is to continue to shape a global outlook that takes the world into consideration and faces challenges in the perspective of globalization.The outlook of open,inclusive and mutually beneficial cooperation and the outlook of equality,mutual learning,dialogue and inclusiveness of civilizations demonstrate its important practical effect.
