摘要
利用高炉炼铁废弃物(高炉矿渣)改良氧化铝工业废弃物(赤泥)制备路用材料。高炉矿渣能够起到显著提高赤泥力学性能的作用,掺加低剂量的高炉矿渣之后,赤泥的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度指标出现了下降,而CBR指标明显提高。当矿渣微粉掺加量超过10%之后,随着矿渣微粉的添加量增加,赤泥的各项力学性能指标均有增加。当高炉矿渣的掺量超过25%之后强度指标出现下降。同时随着龄期的增长,改良赤泥的力学性能持续提高。从试验结果来看,矿渣微粉改良赤泥的最佳添加量为25%。
Use of blast furnace ironmaking waste(blast furnace slag)to improve alumina industrial waste(red mud)for the preparation of road materials.Blast furnace slag can play a significant role in improving the mechanical properties of red mud.After adding blast furnace slag component with relative low dose into the red mud,the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength declined,while the CBR index increased significantly.The performance of modified red mud material is quite sensitive to the addition amount of slag powder.When the addition of slag powder exceeds 10%,all the mechanical properties of red mud increase with the increase of the addition of slag powder.When the content of blast furnace slag exceeds 25%,the strength index of red mud decreased.At the same time,with the growth of age,the Mechanical properties of modified red mud continues to improve.According to the experimental results,the optimal addition amount of slag powder to improve red mud is 25%.
