基于HEC-HMS水文模型的太行山前流域洪水模拟

摘要 HEC-HMS(Hydrologic Engineering Center-Hydrologic Modeling System)模型能够准确模拟流域的降雨径流过程,在国内外得到广泛应用。太行山前流域暴雨洪水灾害频发,为提高太行山前流域洪水预报精度,根据流域的水文气象特征及下垫面条件,将流域划分成11个子流域,通过产汇流计算、水库调洪演算等,构建流域HEC-HMS水文模型。选择端庄水文站11场典型暴雨洪水过程,对模型进行参数率定和验证。结果表明,太行山前流域HEC-HMS模型平均纳什效率系数达0.70,洪峰流量误差、径流量误差及峰现时间误差合格率均在80%以上,构建的HEC-HMS水文模型具有良好的适用性,可用于流域的洪水预报预警和防洪管理。 HEC-HMS(Hydrologic Engineering Center-Hydrologic Modeling System)model has good applicability in many watersheds,and can better simulate the rainstorm runoff processes.According to the hydrological,meteorological and underlying surface conditions,the study region is divided into 11 sub-basins.The HEC-HMS hydrological model is constructed through the calculation of runoff yield and concentration as well as the flood regulation of reservoir.The 11 typical floods at Duanzhuang hydrological station are selected to calibrate and verify the model.The results show that the average NSE of HEC-HMS simulation reaches 0.70.The qualified rates of peak discharge error,runoff error and peak time error all reached Grade B prediction criteria,which proves that the model has great applicability in Taihang Piedmont basin and can be used for flood prediction in this area.
