中医药高校创新创业与知识产权教育体系构建 被引量:2

摘要 新时期,在“互联网+”创新创业大赛的大潮流下,以中医药院校传统的优势学科为背景,基于创新创业教育中心、大学生创新创业竞赛、学校科研实验平台中大学生创新性实验项目、校企合作人才培养示范基地搭建知识产权教育平台。在良好的创新创业与知识产权维护的意识文化内涵中构建高校大学生在创新创业与知识产权教育教学体系中的较完备教学模块。以探索科技创新为起点,结合知识产权能力培养,实现传统中医药传承+知识产权+创新创业的复合创新人才培养模式。实现人才培养与经济飞速发展对人力资源迫切需求的有力对接。培养中医药领域开拓进取、自强不息且具备知识产权教育背景的创新创业人才。 In the new era,under the tide of"Internet+"innovation and entrepreneurship competition,with the background of traditional dominant disciplines in TCM colleges,based on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center,College students'innovation and entrepreneurship competition,Innovative Experiment Project of College Students and Demonstration base for talents training of school-enterprise cooperation in the university's scientific research experiment platform,Intellectual Property Education Platform is built.A relatively complete teaching module in the teaching system of innovation,entrepreneurship and intellectual property education for college students is constructed in the good consciousness and cultural connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship and intellectual property protection.With the exploration of scientific and technological innovation as the starting point,combined with the cultivation of intellectual property ability,the compound innovative talent training mode of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance+intellectual property+innovation and entrepreneurship are realized,to achieve a strong connection between talent training and the rapid economic development of the urgent need for human resources,cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the field of TCM who are enterprising and self-strengthening and have intellectual property education background.
