基于培养大学生创新能力的开放实验室管理研究

创新能力是高校大学生的培养目标之一,开放资源丰富的专业实验室成为重要的手段。研究主要依据实验室具备的资源条件,设置可开设的实验类型、实验内容,设计实验室开放的管理模式。特别对开放实验室的功能、实验室平台建设、实验室安全教育和管理模式等方面进行系统的设计。结果表明,系统的实验室管理模式,可有效提高专业实验室的资源利用率并且可以增加教学、科研成果产出,显著提高大学生的创新能力。

Innovation ability is one of the training objectives of college students,and opening professional laboratories with rich resources has become an important means.The research is mainly designed the experimental types and contents and the open management mode based on the resource conditions of the professional laboratory.Especially,some items should be systematically designed as the function of open laboratory,laboratory platform construction,laboratory safety education,management mode and so on.The results showed that the systematic laboratory management mode effectively improved some aspects,such as the resource utilization rate of professional laboratories,the achievements of teaching and scientific research,and it significantly improved the innovation ability of college students.
