高校旅游管理专业顶岗实习优化策略研究--以海南热带海洋学院为例

应用型本科院校开设的旅游管理专业是一个实践性较强的专业,专业培养方案中设置的各种阶段实习活动是实践教学任务的重点环节。目前,专业实习活动主要通过校企合作的方式来实现,而顶岗实习是校企合作模式中运用较多的一种方式。该文以海南热带海洋学院旅游学院旅游管理专业为例,通过对其顶岗实习进行跟踪调查,分析顶岗实习存在的问题并提出有建设性的优化策略。

The tourism management major offered by applied undergraduate institutions is a practical major,and the various stages of internship activities set in the professional training program are the key aspects of practical teaching tasks.At present,the professional internship activities are mainly realized through the way of school-enterprise cooperation,and the top internship is one of the more used ways in the school-enterprise cooperation mode.This paper takes tourism management major of tourism college of Hainan Tropical Ocean College as an example,and analyzes the problems of the internship and puts forward constructive optimization strategies through the tracking survey of its internship.
