自我决定动机理论视角下教学改革促进本科生学习动机路径评估

该文基于SDT理论,利用高校本科生调查问卷数据,通过结构方程建模评估以学生为中心的教学支持活动影响学生学习动机内化路径,研究结果表明以学生为中心的教学支持会促进学生自我调节动机发展,以学生为中心的教学支持与自主性满足、归属性满足之间的关联是直接的,但与胜任力满足之间的关联是间接的,自主性满足在以学生为中心的教学支持与胜任力满足之间起到中介作用,说明学生学习胜任能力的形成是独特的,其需要在能够具有一定自主支持的学习环境中才能发生,教师在教学活动设计中给予学生充分的自主性更为关键。

Grounded in self-determination theory and using the questionnaire data of college undergraduates,this investigation evaluates the transmission path of student-centered teaching support activities in the internalization of students'learning motivation through structural equation modeling.The research shows that student-centered teaching support will promote the development of students'self-regulation motivation,and the relationship between student-centered teaching support and autonomy satisfaction and attribution satisfaction is direct.However,the relationship between it and competency satisfaction is indirect.Autonomy satisfaction is important mediating variable between student-centered teaching support and competency satisfaction,which shows that the formatting of students'learning competency is unique.It can only occur in a learning environment with a certain degree of autonomy support,and it is more critical to give students full autonomy in the design of teaching activities.
