食品质量与控制学混合式教学和课程思政有效融合的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 为了使课程思政更好地融入专业课教育,以食品质量与控制学为例,在剖析课程特点和内容的基础上,深度挖掘思政元素,使思政目标融入课程目标。进一步探索混合式教学模式下思政教学方法、课程评价的改革方式,设计出能够考查学生综合素质和能力的评价体系,实现思政教育与专业教育的有效集合,构建新的教学模式。该教学模式能够培养学生树立良好的人生观、价值观和职业道德,将立德树人的教育本质落到实处,实现知识目标、能力目标与德育目标的统一。 To better integrate"ideological and political education"into professional courses,in this paper,the course of Food Quality and Control was taken as an example to integrate the ideological and political goals into the course goals through refining ideological and political elements based on analyzing the characteristics and content.Under the mixed teaching model,the ideological and political teaching methods and course evaluation were further explored to design an evaluation system that can examine students'comprehensive quality and ability to achieve the effective integration of ideological and political education and professional education and build a new teaching model.This teaching model can cultivate students to establish the correct life values and professional ethics,and realize the unity and combination of value building and professional knowledge imparting.
