基于“医养结合”发展模式的养老护理员技能等级认定工作的SWOT分析--以桂林医学院职业技能等级认定试点为例

SWOT Analysis of the Skill Level Recognition of Elderly Nursing Staff Based on the Development Model of"Combination of Medical Nursing and Elderly Care"--Taking the Occupational Skill Level Recognition Pilot of Guilin Medical University as an Example

运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁4个维度对桂林医学院养老护理员职业技能等级认定工作进行分析,找出养老护理员技能等级认定工作的内部优势、劣势,外部机会、挑战,同时构建SWOT模型,针对养老护理员的职业技能等级认定工作的劣势和所面临的挑战提出应对策略。

The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the occupational skill level recognition of senior nursing staff in Guilin Medical College from the four dimensions of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and find out the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of the occupational skill level recognition of senior nursing staff.At the same time,the SWOT model is constructed to propose countermeasures for the disadvantages and challenges of the occupational skill level recognition of senior nursing staff.
