摘要
采用自制调查问卷对福建省12所托育机构的从业人员进行线上调查,了解托育机构对婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业人才的需求现状,以利于制定专业的培养目标。研究显示,托育师资年龄结构偏年轻化,市场急需托育服务专业人才。应构建“大思政”课程体系,提升职业素养;构建专业基础、核心、拓展课程体系,提升专业能力;注重“岗课赛证”融通,构建校企合作模式,共同培育优质专业人才。
Using a self-made questionnaire,an online survey was conducted on the practitioners of 12 childcare institutions in Fujian Province to learn the current demand for personnels in the infant and toddler care services and management profession.The research aims to provide reference for setting professional training objectives.The study shows that the age structure of childcare professionals is relatively young,and there is an urgent need for personnels in childcare services.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a"Great Ideological and Political"course system to improve professional ethics,build a professional foundation,core,and extended course system to enhance professional skills,pay attention to the integration of"course and certificates"and construct a school-enterprise cooperation model to jointly cultivate high-quality professional personnels.
