摘要
为研究聚合磷酸钙作为防锈颜料的可行性,通过对不同煅烧温度制备得到的聚合磷酸钙进行初步评估后,进一步探索了聚合磷酸钙与传统防锈颜料在丙烯酸涂料中的防锈作用及在模拟酸雨条件下的稳定性。结果表明:在模拟酸雨条件下,聚合磷酸钙稳定性强于磷酸锌,且聚合磷酸钙的耐盐雾性与磷酸锌相当,好于偏硼酸钡、复合铁钛粉,聚合磷酸钙具备良好的耐酸性和耐腐蚀性,可作为防锈颜料应用于丙烯酸涂料中。
The feasibility of poly calcium phosphate as an antirust pigment was studied.Evaluation of the calcium polyphosphate prepared at different calcination temperatures.The antirust effect of calcium polyphosphate and traditional antirust pigments in acrylic coatings and their stability under simulated acid rain conditions were explored.The results showed that under the simulated acid rain condition,the stability of polycalcium phosphate was stronger than that of zinc phosphate,and the salt spray resistance of polycalcium phosphate was similar to that of zinc phosphate,and better than barium metaborate,composite iron titanium powder.The calcium polyphosphate owned good acid resistance and corrosion resistance and could be used as antirust pigments in acrylic paints.
