摘要
为减少汽车生产过程中的危险废物,以危险废物占比最大的涂装工序为研究对象,重点分析单车危险废物质量占比较大的几类,对危险废物的产生工艺、处理工艺等提出改进建议,并采用数字化的管理方式,细分各工序的危险废物指标,最终实现危险废物的减量化。
In order to reduce the hazardous waste in the process of automobile production,the coating process with the largest proportion of hazardous waste was taken as research object,the paper focused on the analysis of several categories of hazardous waste quality in a single vehicle,and advanced the improvement suggestions on production and treatment process of the hazardous waste,the digital management method to subdivide the hazardous waste indicators of each process was also adopted,then realized the reduction of hazardous waste.
