近10年针灸治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的临床与机制研究进展

Clinical and Mechanism Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Postmenopausal Osteoporosis over Past 10 Years

绝经后骨质疏松症是由雌激素缺乏引起的一种全身性代谢性骨病,主要表现为骨量减少和骨微结构破坏,严重影响中老年妇女的健康,已成为亟待解决的临床问题之一。本研究主要对近10年来国内外针灸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床与机制研究进行综述。现有研究表明针灸可通过对雌激素水平、氧化应激与炎症因子、肠道菌群、骨形态与骨生物力学和相关信号通路等的调控,来提高绝经后骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,改善临床症状并减少骨折的发生。但是在临床循证研究设计和实验机制研究方面应该进一步深化,为针灸治疗此病提供可靠的高级别证据链。

Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic bone disease caused by estrogen deficiency,mainly manifested as bone loss and bone microstructure destruction,which seriously affects the health of middle-aged and elderly women,and has become one of the clinical problems to be solved urgently.This study mainly reviewed and summarized the clinical and mechanism researches on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis in recent 10 years at home and abroad.The existing researches showed that acupuncture could improve bone density of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,improve clinical symptoms and reduce incidence of fractures by regulating estrogen level,oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,intestinal flora,bone morphology,bone biomechanics and related signal pathways.However,the clinical evidence-based research design and experimental mechanism research should be further deepened to provide a reliable evidence chain for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis.
