发酵酒糟麸皮混合物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Fermented Distiller′s Grains and Bran Mixture on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Immune Organ Index of Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究发酵酒糟麸皮混合物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫器官指数的影响。试验采用植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和酿酒酵母菌组成的混合菌或在混合菌中添加纤维素酶和木聚糖酶发酵酒糟麸皮混合物制备多菌混合发酵物或菌酶协同发酵物。300只1日龄肉鸡随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组在各阶段基础日粮中分别添加1%、2%、4%多菌混合发酵物或菌酶协同发酵物。结果显示:酒糟麸皮混合物发酵后酸溶蛋白显著提升(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维显著降低(P<0.05),呕吐毒素显著降低(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组肉鸡41日龄体重较对照组显著提升(P<0.05)。试验组肉鸡30~41日龄段日采食量及1~41日龄段日采食量和日增重较对照组显著提升(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组脾脏指数具有提高趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。结果表明:多菌混合或菌酶协同发酵可提升酒糟麸皮混合物营养价值,发酵酒糟麸皮混合物可改善肉鸡生长性能,维持肉鸡屠宰性能,提高免疫器官指数,且菌酶协同发酵效果及发酵物应用效果较好。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of fermented distiller′s grains and bran mixture on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune organ index of broilers.The mixed bacteria with Lactobacillus plantarum,Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae or cellulase and xylanase added in the mixed bacteria were used for fermentation of distiller′s grains and bran mixture.Three hundred 1-day-age broilers were randomly divided into three groups with 5 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and broilers in experiment groupⅠandⅡwere supplemented with 1%,2%and 4%mixture of distiller′s grains and bran fermented with mixed bacteria or mixed bacte⁃ria and enzyme in basal diet at different stage,respectively.The results showed that acid soluble protein content was significantly increased(P<0.05),neutral detergent fiber content was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and vomitoxin content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Body weight of broilers at 41 days of age in experiment groupⅡwas significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Daily feed intake of broilers at 30 to 41 days of age and daily feed intake and daily gain of broilers at 1 to 41 days of age in experiment groupⅠandⅡwere significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The spleen index of experiment groupⅡhad an increasing trend(0.05≤P<0.10).The results indicated that the nutritional value of distiller′s grains and bran mixture could be improved by fermentation of mixed bacteria or bacteria and enzyme,fermented distill⁃er′s grains and bran mixture could improve growth performance,maintain slaughter performance and increase immune organ in⁃dex of broilers,and the synergistic fermentation effect of bacteria and enzyme and the application effect of fermentation material were better.
