Research Progress on The Effect of Heat Stress on Intestinal Mucosal Barrier and Nutritional Manipulation In Chickens

热应激会影响家禽的生理系统,尤其是负责消化和吸收养分的肠道系统。热应激诱导的应激源,如氧化应激,通过肠道形态改变、紧密连接蛋白表达等产生负面影响,破坏屏障功能,从而威胁肠道的完整性和功能性。此外热应激会影响肠道菌群平衡,影响有益菌群的定植及其代谢产物。文章探讨了热应激对鸡肠黏膜屏障的影响,并综述了鸡热应激下的营养调控研究进展,为炎热地区肉鸡养殖业抗热应激方案的应用提供一定理论依据和研究思路。

Heat stress is a great threat to poultry industry and can severely affect various physiological systems,especially the intestinal system,which is responsible for digestion and nutrient absorption.Heat stress-induced stressors,such as oxidative stress,threaten the integrity and functionality of gut by negatively impacting on barrier function through regulating morphology of gut and expression of tight junction proteins.In addition heat stress affects the balance of the intestinal flora,affecting the coloni⁃sation of beneficial flora and their metabolites.The article discussed the effect of heat stress on the intestinal mucosal barrier of chickens and reviewed the research on nutritional regulation under heat stress in chickens,providing some theoretical basis and research ideas for the application of anti-heat stress in broiler farming in hot areas.
