一种杆形抗磨铸铁件铸造工艺设计与生产实践

摘要 运用壳型造型方法生产杆形抗磨铸铁件,有效缩短了产品的生产周期;运用球形冒口有效解决了杆形铸件补缩问题,提升铸造工艺可靠性;砂型采用醇基涂料浸涂,有效解决了试制过程中铸件产生的皮下气孔缺陷问题,提高了产品内在质量。 The shell molding method is used to produce rod shaped anti-wear cast iron castings,which can effectively shorten the production cycle of the product.The spherical riser is used to effectively solve the feeding problem of rod castings and improve the reliability of the casting process.The alcohol based coating is applied to the sand mold,which can effectively solve the problem of subdermal porosity defects in the process of trial production and improve the internal quality of the product.
