实型铸造用铸铁浇口杯的实践

以往实型铸造使用的树脂砂浇口杯存在规格不统一、尺寸一致性差、生产效率低、开发维护成本高等问题,一方面影响了铸件质量的稳定性;另一方面增加了铸件的制造成本。针对这个问题设计制造了一种铸铁材质的浇口杯,这种浇口杯的优点:统一了浇口杯尺寸,根据浇注产品的重量选择相应规格;可以实现直浇管高度统一,保证了充型平稳;容量足够大,杜绝了浇注中反喷,提高了操作安全性;减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率。经过实践验证,使用铸铁浇口杯的综合成本低,产品质量稳定,生产效率高,具有很好的实用性。

There are some problems with the previously used resin sand sprue cups in full mold casting.Such as inconsistent specifications,poor size consistency,low production efficiency,high development and maintenance costs,which afiect the stability of casting quality on the one hand;On the other hand,it increases the manufacturing cost of castings.On the other hand,it increases the manufacturing cost of castings.In order to solve these problems,a kind of cast-iron sprue cup is designed and manufactured.The advantages of the cast-iron sprue cup are:the size of the sprue cup is unified,and the corresponding specifications are selected according to the weight of the poured cast;The height of the straight pipe can be unified to ensure stable filling;The capacity is large enough to eliminate the backflow during pouring and improve the operation safety;The labor intensity of workers is reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.The practice shows that the use of cast-iron sprue cup has the advantages of low comprehensive cost,stable product quality,high production efficiency and good practicability.
