摘要
喷墨黏粉式打印过程中当打印喷头有部分喷孔堵塞或损坏时,会导致整个打印过程中出现无法喷射黏结剂的空白块,导致整个打印模型无法成形;并且由于机械上的精度、黏结剂的反应速率等原因,造成打印头往返拼接图幅的地方容易产生断裂现象。本文通过一种预先将每一层打印图形在打印头步进方向上进行随机宽度的偏移,打印时按照偏移宽度动态调整打印头起始喷墨位置的错位打印方法,能够有效错开喷头喷射位置,填充无法喷射黏结剂的空白区,提升打印头使用寿命,降低成本,不停改变打印头往返拼接位置,规避断裂现象。
In the process of ink-jet viscose printing,when some orifices of the printing head are blocked or damaged,blank blocks that cannot be sprayed with adhesive will appear during the whole printing process,resulting in the whole printing model cannot be fonned;In addition,due to the mechanical accuracy,the reaction rate of the adhesive and other reasons,the print head is prone to fracture at the place where the pictures are spliced back and forth.In this paper,a misplacement printing method is used to offset the random width of each layer of printed graphics in the step direction of the print head in advance,and dynamically adjust the initial ink-jet position of the print head according to the offset width during printing.This method can effectively stagger the spray position of the print head,fill the blank area where the adhesive cannot be sprayed,improve the service life of the print head,reduce costs,and constantly change the back and forth splicing position of the print head to avoid fracture.
