质量是企业的生命,企业想长期稳定发展必须围绕质量这个核心开展生产管理,生产出高品质的产品。而质量意识是企业全体员工对岗位责任和产品质量的理解和认识,是企业质量管理中非常重要的一环。基于此,对当下粗放型管理的铸造企业质量管理进行研究、分析,并从质量意识、绩效管理、标准执行等多个角度提出贴合现场管理的解决策略,以推动手工作业为主的铸造企业质量管理水平提升和全体员工质量意识提升。

Quality is the life of an enterprise.The long-term stable development of enterprises must focus on the quality of production management and production of high quality products.Quality awareness is the understanding and cognition of all the staff of the enterprise to the post responsibility and product quality,and is a very important part of the enterprise quality management.This paper studies and analyzes the current quality management of foundry enterprises with extensive management,and proposes solutions in line with site management from the perspectives of quality awareness,performance management,standard implementation and so on,in order to improve the quality management level of foundry enterprises with manual work as the main and the quality awareness of all employees.
