摘要
本研究采用多元统计分析方法对29个甘蔗新品系进行适应性评价,以期筛选出综合性状表现优良的甘蔗新品系。结果表明:10个性状指标的变异系数在3.52%~184.52%之间,其中黑穗病率变异系数最大。相关性分析结果表明,蔗茎产量与株高和产糖量呈极显著正相关,黑穗病率与蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度呈极显著负相关。主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分累计贡献率达到85.019%,其中第1主成分与产量-品质-病害性状有关,第2主成分与产糖量-产量性状有关,第3主成分与品质-茎径性状有关,第4主成分与纤维份有关。根据系统聚类分析法将31个甘蔗品系分为5个类群,第Ⅰ类群包含6个品系,蔗糖分最高;第Ⅱ类群包含10个品系,农艺性状最差;第Ⅲ类群包含5个品系,蔗茎产量最高,黑穗病发病率最低,产糖量最高;第Ⅳ类群包含4个品系,黑穗病发病率最高,蔗糖分最低;第Ⅴ类群包含6个品系,蔗茎产量最低,产糖量最低。聚类结果的逐步判别分析结果显示,各类群判别概率均为100%,较好地体现了各品系性状指标的实际表现,筛选出第Ⅲ类群中的桂南蔗151505、桂糖17-232、桂糖13-1154、桂糖17-929、桂糖16-151等5个综合表现优良的甘蔗新品系。第Ⅰ类群中的河糖15-5、桂糖15-1074、桂糖15-1131、桂糖13-1044、桂糖12-284和桂糖17-910等6个品系蔗糖分最高,黑穗病发病率低,可作为高糖、抗黑穗病亲本加以利用。
In this study,29 new sugarcane lines were evaluated on adaptation by multiple statistics analysis to select new lines with excellent overall trait performance.The variation coefficients of 10 phenotypic traits ranged from 3.52%to 184.52%,the variation coefficients of smut rate was the highest.Correlation analysis showed that the cane yield was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant height and sugar yield,the smut rate was extremely negatively correlated with sucrose content and gravity purity.The results of principal compoment analysis showed that the cumula-tive contribution rate of 4 principal component factors was 85.019%,among which the first principal component was related to cane yield,quality and diseases,the second principal component was related to sugar yield and cane yield,the third principal component was related to quality and stalk diameter,the fourth principal component was related to fiber cane.Based on cluster analysis,the 31 new sugarcane lines were divided into 5 groups,among which groupⅠ,including 6 lines,had the highest sucrose content;groupⅡ,including 10 lines,had the lowest agronomic traits;groupⅢ,including 5 lines,had the lowest smut rate and the highest cane yield and sugar yield;groupⅣ,including 4 lines,had the highest smut rate and the lowest sucrose content;groupⅤ,including 6 lines,had the lowest cane yield and sugar yield.Stepwise discriminant analysis gave every group probability of 100%.GNZ151505,GT17-232,GT13-1154,GT17-929,GT16-151 in groupⅢshowed good comprehensive features.HT15-5,GT15-1074,GT15-1131,GT13-1004,GT12-284,GT17-910 in groupⅠhad the highest sucrose content and the lower smut rate,could be used as high sugar content par-ents and highly resistant smut parents.
