摘要
空气分离装置简单来说就是把空气中的各组成分气体分离,生产氧、氮、氩等气体的成套工业设备。本文阐述了铝制填料塔设备内件安装特点,并对其质量控制内容和监造进行了介绍,着重阐述了空分铝制塔器填料及塔内件安装监造要点,总结了相关经验,为同类产品安装监造提供参考,为确保空分铝制塔器设备质量符合技术要求和提升产品质量提供了借鉴和参考。
The air separation device is simply to separate the gas components in the air,complete set of industrial equipment for producing oxygen,nitrogen,argon and other gases.This paper describes the installation characteristics of internals of aluminum packed tower equipment.The content of quality control and supervision are introduced.The key points of installation and supervision of aluminum tower packing and tower internals for air separation are emphatically described,relevant experience is summarized to provide reference for installation supervision of similar products,to ensure that the quality of aluminum tower equipment for air separation meets the technical requirements.It provides reference for improving product quality.
