电厂设备状态可视化预警诊断系统的设计与研发

摘要 随着我国电网规模的不断扩大,电厂设备日趋复杂,对于电厂设备运行状态的监控管理成为行业关注的焦点。基于此,本文采用文献调研法、实践法进行技术信息收集,并对电厂设备状态可视化预警诊断系统的设计进行分析。通过研究得出结论,该系统的应用可改善传统人工巡检的弊端,借助数据处理、图像处理等功能,可协助工作人员实时监控电厂设备的运行临界状态,从而提升电厂设备运行的安全性和可靠性。 With the continuous expansion of China’s power grid,power plant equipment is becoming increasingly complex,and the monitoring and management of power plant equipment operation status has become the focus of the industry.Therefore,the technical information is collected by means of literature research and practice,and the design of visual early warning and diagnosis system for power plant equipment status is analyzed.The conclusion is drawn through this study.The application of this system can improve the disadvantages of traditional manual inspection.With the help of data processing,image processing and other functions,it can help staff to monitor the critical state of power plant equipment in real time,thus improving the safety and reliability of power plant equipment operation.
