电梯过度装修检验案例分析

Analysis of the Inspection Case of Elevator Excessive Decoration

本文对一则电梯轿厢过度装修的检验案例进行分析,通过对平衡系数的定义,利用电流-载荷坐标法得出该台电梯平衡系数不符合相关标准要求,并据此分析了当电梯轿厢处于过度装修的状态下会发生的后果以及安全隐患,之后提出解决过度装修的方案和处理办法,期望可以对轿厢的装修提供合理性的建议。

This paper analyzes an inspection case of excessive decoration of elevator.Through the definition of the balance coefficient,using the current load coordinate method,it is found that the balance coefficient of this elevator does not meet the requirements of relevant standards.The consequences and safety hazards that can occur when the elevator car is in the state of excessive decoration are analyzed.After that,solutions and handling methods to solve the excessive decoration are proposed,hoping to provide reasonable suggestions on the decoration of the car.
