摘要
延迟焦化装置焦炭塔塔顶油气管道温度高、管径较大、工况复杂、易振动,工程设计难度大。文章从管道选材、管道布置、支吊架设置、模态分析4个方面出发,使用管道应力分析(CAESARⅡ)软件对焦炭塔塔顶油气管道进行模拟分析和设计优化,在满足安全性的前提下,得到了优化后的方案。
The oil and gas pipeline in coke tower top of delayed coking unit is featured with high temperature,large diameter,complex working conditions,and high vibration trend,so the engineering design is relatively difficult.Starting from four aspects namely pipeline material selection,pipeline layout,support and hanger setting,and modal analysis,the paper uses pipeline stress analysis(CAESARⅡ)software to simulate analysis and design optimization of the oil and gas pipeline on top of the coke tower.Under the premise of satisfying the safety requirement,the optimized scheme is obtained.
